PARKING

To reserve a designated space in the controlled access parking garage, if available, is an additional $40.00 per month. 

Bike Storage is complimentary and is located on levels one and two of the parking garage. Please register your bike with the office prior to attaching it to the bike rack. 

UTILITIES  

Check with your leasing agent for more information. Most, if not all utilities can be arranged for at move in.  Applications for service will be provided.
